Your tasks at a glance:

Holistic project management: You are responsible for the operational management and success of AI projects – from initial strategy development to use case design and technical implementation support.

Business & Tech interface: You translate strategic management goals into concrete technological requirements. You act as a “translator” between specialist departments, management and our data & tech experts.

Strategic client management: You act as a sparring partner at eye level for managers and decision-makers. You moderate workshops, manage stakeholders and present decision papers with confidence.

Solution architecture & business value: You ensure that our AI concepts are not only technically feasible, but also economically viable. You assess potential, define roadmaps and ensure ROI.
- Business development: You recognize opportunities with existing customers, develop our consulting services further and can join us in a “partner” role at an early stage.

Your profile
Do you combine specialist know-how with curiosity, enthusiasm and an eye for the big picture? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Ideally, you should bring this with you:

Excellent track record: You have several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in strategy or management consulting, in-house consulting or in a comparable project management function.

Structured problem solving: You have outstanding analytical skills and the ability to quickly structure complex issues and present them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.

Technological affinity: You have a high level of enthusiasm for future technologies (GenAI, LLMs, automation). In-depth programming skills are not a must – the decisive factor is your willingness to understand technological logics and architectures in depth.

Leadership skills: You have experience in the technical management of project teams and have a strong “ownership mentality”.

Academic excellence: You have completed your studies (economics, STEM or comparable) with above-average success.

Languages: You communicate fluently in German and English.
