Yes, every participant receives a Roover certificate that documents the content covered, the scope of the training and the skills taught. The certificate is suitable both as proof of internal personnel development and as documentation of AI competence training in accordance with EU AI Act Article 4. For upskilling programs, we offer tiered certificates according to competence level on request.
Yes, Article 4 of the EU AI Regulation (in force since February 2025) obliges companies to ensure that employees who use or operate AI systems have sufficient AI skills. Our training courses systematically cover the required areas of competence: basic technical understanding, responsible handling, data protection and risk awareness. Each participant receives a certificate that serves as proof of training.
What content should AI training courses cover?
In order to exploit the full potential of AI, AI training in the company should be tailored to the specific needs and tasks of employees.
Important topics that should be covered in the training courses include:
Basics of artificial intelligence: To begin with, it is important that employees understand how AI works. They should acquire a basic knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, data processing and the various application areas of AI.
Use cases in practice: Training should aim to show employees how they can use AI technologies in their area of work. Examples include the automation of routine tasks, the analysis of large amounts of data or the use of AI tools such as chatbots and language models.
- Prompt engineering: Prompt engineering is an increasingly important topic in dealing with AI systems. Here, employees learn how to formulate precise inputs (prompts) in order to achieve the desired results from AI tools such as ChatGPT, MS Copilot or Google Gemini.
- Secure handling of data: As AI often works with large amounts of data, data protection is a key issue. Training should help employees to ensure that all data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

AI training vs. co-pilot training vs. ChatGPT training
Which AI training course is right for your company?
The difference between AI training, co-pilot training and ChatGPT training lies in the scope: AI training conveys an understanding of AI across all tools, while co-pilot and ChatGPT training focus on a specific tool.
ChatGPT training for companies
A ChatGPT training course focuses on the use of OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Participants learn prompt engineering, the use of custom GPTs for recurring tasks and the use of the code interpreter for data analysis.
The format is particularly suitable for teams that already use ChatGPT or want to introduce it as their primary AI tool.
Copilot training for companies
A Copilot training course (Microsoft 365 Copilot) trains the use of AI directly in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
The focus is on integration into existing workflows and the Microsoft infrastructure. For companies that already use Microsoft 365 and are introducing Copilot licenses, this is the fastest way to achieve measurable productivity gains.
AI training: cross-tool and strategic
An AI training course goes one step further: it teaches skills that work independently of the individual tool – generally applicable prompt engineering principles, department-specific use cases and the safe use of AI in a corporate context, including the EU AI Act.
Our AI training courses at Roover typically include elements from all three areas – tailored to the tools that are used or planned in your company.
AI training in the company: Increasing efficiency and quality
Artificial intelligence is already fundamentally changing the way companies work. With each evolutionary stage of AI systems, the disruptive potential becomes more tangible.
In order to remain competitive, it is essential for companies to ensure that their employees learn the necessary skills to use AI technologies efficiently. For medium-sized companies, this is usually an even greater challenge(AI in SMEs)
AI training in the company is crucial to prepare the workforce for the future and to exploit the full potential of AI.
Why is AI training so important in the company?
The use of AI systems enables companies to increase efficiency, automate processes and make decisions based on data.
But as a recent study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) shows, companies benefit even more if their employees are trained in the use of AI. According to the study, work results can become up to 40% more qualitative when AI tools are used.
Trained employees not only achieve better results, but also use AI tools more effectively and quickly, which leads to higher productivity and quality of work.
The role of trained employees in the use of AI
The MIT study clearly shows that employees who are trained in the use of AI make better and faster decisions.
They are able to efficiently interpret the data provided by the AI and place it in the context of their work. This ability to Interpretation of AI results is crucial in order to fully exploit the potential of the technology.
In areas such as human resources or data data analysis AI helps to automate routine tasks and recognize patterns in large amounts of data. However, employees can only make optimum use of the results provided by AI if they have the right knowledge.
AI training courses convey precisely this knowledge – from using the tools to interpreting the results.
Start with an AI training course for your company.
Artificial intelligence will be omnipresent in the future.
Companies that want to actively shape this change must invest in the further training of their employees. AI training within the company is the key to successfully mastering technological change.
The MIT study clearly shows that trained employees not only work more productively, but also significantly improve the quality of their results. Now is the right time to invest in your employees’ AI skills and prepare your company for the future.
