  • Finance studies: Graduate of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and ESADE Business School (Barcelona).
  • Technology specialization: Specialized AI training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
  • Interdisciplinary approach: He not only manages AI transformations from a technical perspective, but also specifically evaluates their impact on business models, financial structures, and market positioning.

Before becoming managing director, Robin led complex digitalization projects with a focus on process efficiency as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger. At Roover Consulting, he is now responsible for the strategic support of numerous AI initiatives, including:
  • AI upskilling programs: Implementation of a global AI training program for the leading strategy consultancy Roland Berger. This involved conducting over 100 webinars, training more than 500 executives, and increasing AI tool usage by up to 50%.
  • AI strategy & roadmaps: Designing a holistic AI strategy and developing the target operating model for the future AI organization for a German banking association.
  • Cost optimization through AI: Identifying inefficient processes and developing customized automation solutions for medium-sized industrial companies.
  • AI implementation: Introduction of internal GPT systems and AI tools for companies in the service industry, including accompanying change management.
  • Governance & compliance: Creation of AI guidelines and governance frameworks in accordance with the EU AI Act for various industries.


Executive Enablement Robin regularly conducts strategic management workshops and acts as a sparring partner for C-level executives to steer AI transformation at the highest level in a secure and value-adding manner.
